Re-branding a community can be a very daunting task. For the City of Sault Ste. Marie, shifting the way we tell our story is connected to a larger community vision that is ambitious and forward-thinking. Right away, STC understood that larger vision. They listened to our team. They listened to community members, and were always open to developing the brand in a way that made the most sense for Sault Ste. Marie.

Beyond STC’s talent and expertise, which alone are impressive, We really became a team working towards the same goal. STC was always available to respond to emails or jump on a quick call and were flexible and reliable throughout the entire process. STC created a brand that is bold, youthful, and authentic to Sault Ste. Marie’s past — and future aspirations. We now have the professional, consistent platform we needed to promote our community externally and build local pride. I am proud of what we accomplished together, and I look forward to the positive impact this new brand will have on our community for many years to come.
